Our team partnered with Cimarron Hospitality to bring this 3-story Hilton Garden Inn to Longmont, featuring upscale accommodations with spacious areas for socializing, relaxing, and dining. Right off HWY 287 and Ken Pratt Blvd, with views of the mountains and trails along the St. Vrain River behind, this location is ideal for both local businesses and traveling guests.

We oversaw the management of every part of this hotel's construction and ultimately delivered to the client a beautiful new hotel complete with dining room, gourmet kitchen, lounges, conference and meeting rooms, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 105 guest rooms.
