Northern Treatment Plant

The Northern Treatment Plant hired Hall Irwin to help design and then construct a slurry wall around their facility to ensure their operations do not infiltrate the waters of the South Platte River. We completed this project in two phases: first the Upper (northern) portion, followed by the Lower (southern) portion, to accommodate the plant's continuous operations. Our team provided the necessary wells, pumps, and piping for dewatering the site as needed. After successfully passing leak tests, the plant could rest assured their facility was water-tight.
