We partnered with D.R. Horton under an aggressive schedule to build this 174-lot subdivision for single-family homes using our time-tested land development methodology. Our team managed the overlot grading, underground utilities, paving, hook-ups, site lighting, detention ponds, and all other incidentals for this site. Future homeowners will enjoy picturesque views of Pike’s Peak from this new neighborhood just off I-25.
