Harmony Ridge Park

Hall Irwin was selected by the Town of Windsor to be the CM/GC for this new, 3.5-acre park, built within The Ridge at Harmony Road neighborhood. Two distinctive features of the park include creative play over drainage swales using log steppers and reclaimed timber bridges to lead children to a slide integrated into the park’s embankment, as well as a bike pump track.

Other amenities include a nature-inspired playground, basketball court, permanent cornhole boards and ping pong tables, xeric landscaping, boulder seating, shade structures, trails, and ADA accessible features. This park was delivered within the original budget and encompassed all other pertinent scopes including permits, signage and striping, grading, traffic control, underground utilities, and irrigation.
