Milliken Athletic Complex

In 2016, the Thompson Rivers Parks & Recreation District set out to provide the Town of Milliken with a brand new community athletic center, and hired Hall Irwin as their Design-Build general contractor. The complex was constructed out of a pre-engineered metal structure and houses seven administration offices, a weight room, community room, concessions kitchen, and a classroom equipped with computers for the Boys & Girls Club.

Our team also installed nine outdoor kids soccer fields, a T-ball field, and two indoor basketball courts situated on a floating wood floor. We installed all underground utilities and the necessary infrastructure to support the facility’s functioning, including the parking lot and roundabout.
