O Street Slurry Wall

Orlando, LLC contracted with Hall Irwin for this Design-Build project, which resulted in a 4,300 LF slurry wall at an average depth of 45 feet. During the design process, our team helped the owners analyze whether the construction of this wall would be profitable in the long term. After deciding in the affirmative, Hall Irwin helped the owner with the entitlement process before beginning construction.

We advised the realignment of the wall to sit right on the property line, rather than inside of it, facilitating more capacity in addition to benefitting the neighboring landowners, who could simply tie into Orlando's wall when the time came for their own slurry walls to be built. This wall provided 28.6 surface acres of water storage.
